Max Montalvo, Jr., Partner, CEO,  Spain Telecom, LLC

Mr. Max Montalvo, Jr. was raised in New York City and is presently based in Madrid, Spain. He has worked in both cities as an executive for multinational companies such as BBVA, Philip Morris and Seur. A serial entrepreneur, he has has founded firms ranging from telecom, media, film and TV production, to franchising, hotels, renewable energy, produce importing and distribution.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Queens College, City University of New York. He was enrolled in the B.A. / M.A. program in Economics at The New School for Social Research in Manhattan. He completed a Philip Morris sponsored management program at IESE Business School. He earned his Executive MBA at ESADE Business School in Madrid, Spain, with global residencies in the U.S., at McCombs School of Business, Univ. of Texas at Austin; in the U.K., at Henley Business School; and in Shanghai, China, at Olin Business School, Washington University in St. Louis’ joint EMBA program with Fudan University.

His two boys were born in New York City.
